Terms, Procedure and Requirements Academic Leave
Academic leave or skip period time is the student that has certain reason could not attend to the academic activities actively, therefore student could apply the academic leave or skip period time.
The terms of retrieval an academic leave or skip period time from the following below :
- Student who retrieval the leave, could not have committee payments or any other bills that has not being paid on the last semester.
- While being a student, the leave retrieval can only take in two times (four semester), can not sequentially, leave retrieval only two semester maximum.
- Retrieval the academic leave must be taken BEFORE semester test.
- Regarding from The Rector Decree Letter number : 0759/UIR/KPTS/2021, student who retrieval the academic leave have to paid Rp. 500.000,- for one semester.
- While taking the academic leave or skip period time, the student is freed from committee and SKS payments, and not allowed to follow the academic and the other activities.
