Terms, Procedure and Requirements on Resigning from UIR

Therefore the following of procedure and requirements student who resigning or moving college from Universitas Islam Riau :

1. Student should go to BAAK for checking administration payments that has not paid yet or can contact BAAK with Whatsapp 0822-9721-8889.

2. The student should fulfill the payments (If there is).

3. The student should apply the moving application from UIR with documents fulfillment :
a. The photocopy of Student Identity Card
b. The photocopy of last KRS/KHS
c. The photocopy of last payment receipt
d. Transkip Nilai

4. Student should send moving from UIR application letter and documents fulfillment that has already completed to Public Administration Bureau and Personalia UIR to Rector building on the 2nd floor or send the documents to email baak@uir.a.id.

5. Public Administration Bureau and Personalia will take a process on the letter with forward the application to Rector and Vice Rector 1. Process of the letter takes approximately on one week or even more until the letter received to BAAK.

6. BAAK will take a look on the application documents of students who wants to move in accordance of terms from UIR.

7. Furthermore BAAK will create the Rector Decree Letter about moving college from UIR. If the Letter has done, the student will be contacted by BAAK to taking the letter with bringing the original Student Identity Card.

8. Rector Decree Letter will be given to the student in 2 sheets, the 1st sheet for student, and the 2nd sheet for faculty administration.
